Well if you really want to critique his riding style, the bike has not been set up for him at all. Saddle is to low and too far back. I notice he is pulling a trailer and that maybe the reason his tire is flat, after all it is probably Hillary in the trailer.

Since we're getting bike-wonky... Not sure adjusting the saddle would completely solve it. I don't think the frame is the right size for him to begin with.
