First pic . . . why would that driver not slow down? Right in front of them is another car that has its brakes on. What did you want them to do? Bump the car in front?

As far as the Crown Vic . . . this just proves that morons are everywhere. Then again, judging by the general appearance of the rest of the car, it is obvious they don't care much about it.

My front bumper needs to be repaired anyway (previous owner caused minor damage -- dunno how -- maybe she was following that VW!).
