My dad might be down there. For some reason he bought a Saab as a daily driver that is in Orlando and is thinking about doing the DE. Not sure why he bought a Saab in FL when he lives in Montana, but so be it.

I wish I could make. Next one will have to do.

When is this Sebring date? I'll be in Florida for three weeks starting this Thursday, so I might be able to make it. Usually I instruct and borrow a car to play with. If it's this weekend, I won't be able to get out there. But if it's next weekend, I might be able to swing it. I love Sebring!

I'll be there- e-class 944S2 (used to be f), #134 or 130, depending on what's finally decided by Susan. My job is to keep an eye on Big T, and I am uniquely qualified to do so based on years of experience.

Next weekend (Dec 22-23) is the Chin Motorsports event - and my very first trip to Sebring

Since I'm provisional solo, I will only have an instructor assigned to me for the first session (unless I'm completely inept). How much do you charge for instructing?

I don't personally charge for instruction -- I get my satisfaction just by helping someone out. However, last I instructed for them, I noticed that Chin charges extra for folks requiring an instructor. I am not sure whether or not they charge for a provisional solo or not -- you'll have to ask.

So, Dec 22-23 huh? I might be able to swing that. I have to check with the other half, as it would mean time off of work for him. It's about a seven hour drive down there from the Panhandle. I'll let you all know soon! I guess I should ask Joshua and Mark if they even need instructors, too. Lol.

Sorry folks, they don't need extra instructors AND the other half doesn't want to be driving back home on Christmas eve. Plus, we'd be driving down there on my birthday (Dec. 21st), which he also didn't like as he apparently has made reservations somewhere. Sowwy.

Yeah right!

For those of you that don't know, Chris is the Hare to my Tortoise.

And MRW will be keeping an eye on me. And vicey-versey. Our wives are good friends.

Well, there's always February

Thanks for trying, and happy b-day!
