Default Forgeline GS1R

I put a set of 20" Forgeline GS1Rs on before the Spring Smokies GT event. Specs - Front 8.5 ET53, Rear 11 ET50. This set is in Pearl Grey with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.

Are those girodisc rotors too? How do you like them in replace of the carbon ceramics?

I replaced the PCCBs with Giro Disc from Clark at 1900 miles. To be honest I can't tell much of a difference between the two. The Girodiscs have about 10,000 miles on them along with some track time. Still in great shape.

How are the P4S's compared with CUP2's on the street and track?

They are sitting in the garage.

On the street the P4S is quieter. I had them on for the Smokies GT event in the rain. Very good in the rain. On track they do well. Not as good as the Cup 2s but acceptable. I found 32/34 was about as far as I cared to go with hot pressures. Total bleed was -6F/-9R to hit 32/34 hot. If they get into the 36/38 range they get greasy quick.

Forgeline didn't originally offer the caps. However enough people asked and Dave decided to offer them as an option.

Gunmetal looks great on your car
