The PCCB calipers are a tight fit with 19s. If my car had iron rotors I would definitely have gone with 19s.
Just noticed the Viper Green 73E in your signature. I sold my Viper Green 73S with 18,000 miles in 86. Wish I had that to do over.

I believe you need to order the caps and wheels as a package.

Yeah, the wheels need to be machined to accept the caps, I believe.

How much did you lower your car? The Forgelines and stance looks great.

It is lowered 1/2". I had a set of Forgeline GX3s, top photo, on prior to this set but the GS1R, bottom photo, is my favorite on the GT4.
