Default Swaybar Popping

Has anyone one had issues with the sway bar links loosening on their car? I cannot seem to keep them tight even using locktite and torquing the crap out of them.

The issue appears to be that the bar has a larger diameter hole than the link so with even the smallest bit of loosening, say a few degrees, they will start popping.

They loosen the first time after you switch a position, but I haven't had an issue after re torquing once. I've heard some people will sandpaper away some of the paint, but I haven't had to do that

I torque the crap out of them before each track day. After the first few re-torques, they haven't loosened.

Good to know it's not just me!

I think I'm gonna try a set of Nord-lock washers the next time I get underneath the car.

Mine loosened up after the first time I adjusted them. I don't recall using a torque wrench on them, but maybe I did or just tightened them "a lot" but that solved it.
