High demand and lots of deep pockets with no local supply. Local dealer has CPO sold for $35 over last week. No supply in Canada !
Good lord... Were either of those PTS?

Yesterday. You can see my GT4 is listed in the classified section.

Right the red one. Your price is fair. So my question is why don't you bother advertising in the classified section if dealer is offering you the same amount?

traded mine with about 5,500 miles towards a new 2016 GT3. I asked for the msrp of 106k. i ended up taking 95k for it. i traded it along with my 991 C2S X51. tax benefit on the trade was huge so i didn't sweat it too much. that said, if i had more time i probably would have tried to sell privately. honestly i just wanted the GT3 and did not have much time to mess around. dealer is going personally drive car for a while. will be interesting to see if he decides to sell it or not.

Had 5K on mine and sold at MSRP to a private party. Dealer handled as a courtesy trade. Kudos to Mike at Capital EuroCars in Tallahassee - super great Porsche guy!

We spoke later, and he said if the buyer would have changed his mind, the dealership would have gladly taken at MSRP.

I can see it. Production of the GT4 is stopping soon after this summer, and there won't be another for 2-3 years.

Like to sell to a Rennlister, but I may sell to dealer since transaction is painless. Dealer amount is above MSRP but not at my asking price.
