I did (SunTek) and have PDLS. No observable change in the operation of the headlamps. I was initially very opposed to the idea based on what I'd read about delamination and the specific warning against this in the manual, but my installer turned out to be on the team that developed SunTek and had done some ungodly number of cars, so I was convinced he knew what he was doing and talking about. He told me that the 991 headlamps have more of a dome shape that makes delamination from having to pull back a bit and reapply the film during installation more likely, but the 981 headlamps are fairly easy, and also that modern PPF is thin enough not to damage headlamps due to heat entrapment like some older ones did, so on installation day I decided to take my chances since my car will see track time and I wasn't thrilled with any of the temporary protection out there (hassle, not as effective) or the idea of going with no protection at all.
But some installers won't do it at all anymore on modern Porsches, so talk with your installer to see if you even have the option, and if you do, get a read off of him/her and decide based on that. PPF is much more about buying an installer than buying the product IMHO.

I was initially not going to but based on my online research and talking to a lot of very good installers, I did.
I have Suntek on mine and don't notice any beam problems.
My installer has a work around in the small chance that delamination occurs. In the end, I was much more comfortable with taking that chance than exposing the very expensive headlights to S. CA roads unprotected.

Did a full wrap with XPEL ultimate including the headlights. My installer put a coating of Ceramic Pro 9H on the headlights and cured it prior to putting the XPEL on. He felt the Ceramic Pro coating would be what the XPEL film stuck to rather than the UV coating and felt that if/when the time comes to remove/replace the headlight film it won't be an issue.
I would rather deal with the UV delamination problem later than have pitted up headlights now(and forever).
