Thanks for coming out and it was great to meet some of the members face to face.

Hope to have another GT4 meet very soon this year!

Post Cinco de Mayo, we arrived @ Thermal Racetrack bright and early to conduct our on-track V-CS aerodynamic testing with GMG Racing. We want to thank James Sofronas for piloting our V-CS GT4 and giving us driver feedback and explaining the onboard computer analysis. He had a busy morning as he was busy juggling between our vehicle and their client's GT4 Clubsport. To complicate matters, we had mother nature nipping at our heels as a storm was brewing. But in the end, all the effort and preparation was worth it as we were able to get a better understanding on when and how our aero had positive improvements over the factory GT4 for this particular track.

First session out in the V-CS GT4, James pulled back into the pits after a few laps to analyze the data and found he already improved .5 second faster compared to an identically tuned GT4 less the aero. Although we could point out several factors that could of contributed to the time improvement, a key observation was that a lot of speed was being gained on the long sweepers and we concluded that the taller risers helped keep the car squatted during hard acceleration. After pin pointing some braking data, they went out on the second session and returned to the pit to find out a full second was shaved. Those familiar with Thermal Racetrack times were pleasantly surprised to hear of the full second differential as we logged our personal best @ 2:14.3

We realize that there can be a ton of variables when it comes to on track testing and we were fortunate enough to partner with GMG for this day. And for this particular track, our V-CS tuning program with the lightweight forged wheels and aero yielded in a positive gain where we saw an improvement.

I had an absolute blast testing this GT4, it was so easy to drive when pushed to the limits and the additional downforce was a welcome upgrade. Anyone who has driven Thermal knows how important downforce is when coming from the South Palm to the North Palm track........you are averaging 90+mph for over 20 seconds in those 5 turns/sections.....I only had to make slight steering corrections in the carousel with the aero package and it certainly helped me run down a 2:14.3 laptime, which is the fastest time (BY FAR) for any GT4 at Thermal, only 2-3 seconds slower than the GT4 Clubsport on Pirelli slicks!!

The GT4 also benefited from our header and exhaust upgrade which was recently combined with the new GIAC software flash for the GT4.......we saw nice gains on 3 x 2nd gear corners where the car was in the 4K rpm range and needed the torque coming off those corners, our exhaust package yielded massive torque gains between 3800 - 4400 rpms and we saw the speed increase accordingly...

We can also build this entire car in house if someone wants all the products off this car as we are a major re-seller of Vorsteiner parts. Combine that with our GMG performance and safety (Harness bar, seat mounts, sub strap mounts, harnesses) products, as well as our proprietary alignment settings and you have a very capable street car worth of track duty!

I like the wing extensions.
Now I don't even need to think about trying to fit GT3RS ones on.

There are 2 riser extensions: Black or Carbon

Wing Blade pics will be available soon. The entire wing blade and the side pieces are going to be in 1x1 Pre Preg Carbon. Its a replacement for the factory pieces.

Vorsteiner anticipates completing this item in the next 2 weeks and we can post up some pics for you guys.

This is a short discount item so there is no possibility of a group buy unfortunately.

Just an update to those whom are considering ordering.

I placed my order on 5/18 and was told it would ship 5/19 and be delivered by 5/24.

As of today, the item as not shipped. I was told this is on Vorsteiner end "looks like they are waiting for their shipping department to finalize the packaging and off it goes!" On 5/26.

I sent an email earlier this week asking for update but no reply as of today from Supreme Power.
