So the screw pulled out easily. Practically with my fingernail. It's very small. Looks to be the exact same screw as posted in that other screw thread. No bubbles. Lost zero pressure overnight

I don't think I even need to patch or plug this thing...thoughts?

I have had the tires repaired with mushroom tire plug. They come in different stem sizes based on the diametor of the hole. They must be installed from the inside on the tire. The tire is made rough around the hole, when glued from the inside, etc.

Drove it around..tire pressures went up an equal amount in all the tires. I think it should be fine - I wonder if plugging this would just cause more harm than good at this point.

I definitely wouldn't bother plugging a hole that isn't a puncture.

Treaddepth is 5.5mm.
And then the cords and base. That screw is not that short.
I would push the car a bit on the road before you go to a trackday.

Agreed. Leave it alone.

These tires are very soft, even rocks put dimples of that depth and it's fine.
Leave it alone.

Based on what I see in your photos, if no air is escaping, leave it alone, drive it, and forget about it. No worries.

you wouldn't want the screw dislodging as a projectile though...
