Hey guys, just figured it type a quick review of my expeirence with the bar now that Ive lived with it for a few days.

There is minimal obstruction of view when looking through the rear view, I'd go so far as to say that the rear wing is the most obstructive object in your rear view.

The build quality is excellent and Im really digging the design of the bar, especially in comparison to some of the other ones that are currently on the market.

We have first hand experience with this roll bar and must say, it really helps complete any Cayman, let alone a GT4.

If you're in San Diego County and are getting this roll bar from BBI, let us or BBI know and we can offer you installation service in SD.

Here's a closeup.
This bar is beautifully designed and made, is there any way to hide where the plastic trim is cut, or cut it so it lines up?
I think I'd just leave the trim off and spray paint what's exposed black, if this isn't possible.

This one is a prototype and we have new templates for cleaner trimming.

Thanks, good to know, placed on the list of parts to order.
I'd like a removable full cage front section option, similar to Porsche's ROW CS option's option.
Is this possible, or is there just no place to attach at the front on the US body in white?

I love the looks of this bar. I'm trying to decide what to do about seats prior to making a bar decision too. Engineering-wise this bar appears it should help structurally in a roll over.

BBI did you guys do any analysis on the structure you're bolting to? Or of the expected forces on the car in rollover?

Thanks for the update Jerry! If you have an ETA shoot it over to me so we can set up an installation date. And of course a full photoshoot of the bar and the rest of the package is on the books Ray

Greyhound is the cheapest by far for shipping a roll bar. I've used them several times.
