Default Front suspension clunk and steering lock

So the weather was ok today and i took the GT4 out. i still only have 600 miles on the car so i'm still getting used to it, i went over a manhole cover around 25-30mph and i heard a loud metal on metal clunk on the front passenger side, is that normal, the other thing i noticed is when i pulled out of the garage i have to turn the wheel full lock to the right and at full lock i feel like i almost get some binding when rolling at full lock, anyone else getting this? just trying to figure out whether this is all normal or i need to make a trip to the dealer

Clunk under full steering lock is totally normal and occurs on non-GT 981s. There are threads about it on P9.
