The GT4 hits the limiter at about 80 MPH in 2nd. A bit long. Like I said 2nd and 3rd is where improvements can be made IMO.

I actually think you have THE perfect combo. I've thought seriously about selling one of my cars and replacing it with a TT. Problem for me is the depreciation is a little higher on TT's and cost of ownership more than I like with the miles I tend to drive. As already noted, one of the side benefits of GT ownership is lower than average depreciation. It's a really nice addition to an already great driving experience.
To me, the car that truly moves you is the one to keep and only you can decide that.

personally. if you are ok daily driving a GT car, can afford a turbo, and feel some short comings on the GT4, and like the PDK.... then it sounds like its time to sell both and buy a GT3. probably what I would do in your shoes.

Only you can decide, but I'd be keeping the GT4 and selling the Turbo if it were me, particularly if it was not my DD.

^^Well, then you have a very serious decision to make if you can only keep one. I empathize with you because I have a GT3 and a GT4 arriving in June and it will be an interesting decision. It will be solely be based on which I enjoy most for my spirited weekend drive on the streets. Forget money and what will depreciate less.-not important. It has to be with what excites you more when you turn that key.
Just to screw you up a little - what happens if this GT4 is the last of the NA, Manual Cayman model they make??

Beautiful cars.
For slightly used Turbo S money, I suspect that you could have bought a used 991 GT3 -- but didn't. So, the first question is what attracted you to the Turbo and does the car deliver on your hopes/expectations?
Can you get out of the Turbo without fanatical regrets?
And, ultimately, which car stirs your passion?
