Installed shiny new wheels on a very very dirty car
Advan GT wheels traveled 6000 miles to reach me in California from cox1974 in Italy.
I had them installed today. I am a happy guy now. Thank you, cox1974.
What did I do? Took the cover off. First time since early Dec.
Had a couple friends stop by. They are car nuts and in town for some March Madness games. We were hoping to take them for rides but roads are white with salt so they came over to sit in the cars and check them out, and we'll do the ride another visit.
It was fun unveiling the cars (even if for a couple hours) and seeing them shiny and clean and ready to go. And even though it was 35F outside - hubby washed the Panamera the day before so we had three clean cars. He's a bit over the top that way but no complaints from me. I get 'em dirty! He get's 'em clean

Cut the deal to purchase my GT4. Paperwork in process. Pickup TBD since I'm flying out of state to buy it. First Porsche for me after years of BMWs. Now I definitely need a much bigger garage. Already have 5 cars with a 3 car garage and no ceiling room for a lift. With the GT4 the problem will be even worse. Anyone with spare space in the NW burbs of Chicago?
