I don't know about the bridge jacks with rollers but the kind which sits on the ramps sits too high when the ramps are fully lowered because the jack is then sitting on the floor. Once you raise the platform a little, the jack falls lower and there should be room to drive over it. As long as the car's wheels are between the posts, you can raise the lift, assuming you're not close to the weight limit.

Just completed the high-lift conversion with Liftmaster 8500; ordered Bendpak HD 9 with 1 rolling jack and extended aluminum ramps ordered. There are two aluminum ramps that Bendpak offers:
  • BP-5174705 BendPak 48" Aluminum Ramp Kit - Fits BendPak HD-7 & 9 Series Lifts
  • BP-5174497 BendPak 36" Aluminum Ramp Kit - Fits BendPak HD-7 & 9 Series Lifts
Be sure to order the 48" ramp as it would likely be the best option for most people here.

Other than being able to have all four wheels off at the same time, any other reason to get two rolling bridge jacks? Any other recommended options? Thanks all!

Here is my GT4 on a Quality brand lift. Even in my lower height garage you can park two cars in there.

I ordered from a local Chicago distributor that also does installs - Standard Industrial & Automotive Equipment. If you're just looking to buy, I found these guys on garagejournal.com with some great pricing - just PM them and they'll send you a price lower than listed on their site. They're doing a group buy right now on this thread:

Ordered my lift today. Install date of 8/17. Excited to get all four cars in the garage and get rid of my monthly car storage fee.

What air compressor did you all choose? Bendpak requires 125psi for operation.

Compressor for rolling jack? 4 post Lifts generally are all built in and all you need is power.

Some lifts like Bendpak require you to connect an air compressor hose to release the locking mechanism when lowering. Rolling jack also requires an air line.

I am using an older version of this one: https://amzn.com/B00NOSCDPA I like it because it is relatively quiet and I don't have air tools or higher CFM needs. It might not be enough for the rolling jack however.

Please post your opinion of the rolling jack after you get a chance to use it. I was thinking about adding one at some point...

I have a cheap Porter Cable pancake that may not work - which means I will be upgrading... It was way too loud anyway!
