Any Canadian GT4 buyers get news?
So apparently the GT4's and many other Porsches are still stuck at the port in Halifax for central and eastern Canadian buyers.
Anyone get any more recent news? My dealer called me on Wednesday of last week and said they were told to expect the cars Thursday or Friday of this week based on current port backlog, and that he would call me when the car left port on the truck, but I haven't heard anything yet, which makes me doubt this week again.
Thanks.

Dealer expects them to be shipped via truck. Still should not take more than 3 weeks to leave Halifax.

Dealer told me he received 2 truck deliveries from port of Halifax yesterday, my car was not in them unfortunately. I'm rather skeptical of the whole port backlog story at this point.

Yeah I was told today that the dealer's other waiting cars left in rail but they are having trouble getting the GT cars shipped out on a low clearance truck.
I don't think my dealer is lying to me, but I suspect Porsche Canada isn't giving the dealer the full story.
Quite frankly if Porsche can't arrange a truck at port it's kind of embarrassing.

I talked to a local dealer here - he was expecting the first batch of GT4's this week, but he said they are delayed in Halifax - so the story is consistent.
