Best Vendor for Ferodo DS1.11
Hey everyone,
Took my new-to-me GT4 to my nearest circuit (I’m in Buffalo, NY so closest is Toronto Motorsport Park since no Glen events right now). Found that I could fade the OEM pads with ease even on a tiny circuit with a 115-120mph front straight max speed. Due to this, I’m going to need to get some DS1.11 and probably some Endless fluid - I’ll try the OEM rotors until I crack them because they’re currently crackless.
I see a few vendors online that sell these but don’t have any experience with them. Any opinions?
Thanks for the advice - and yes, I know search exists but I’m looking for recent opinions

Apex reached out to me directly and while I’ve been too busy to call quite yet they appear great to work with and very proactive.
Excited to hear I can get some time out of these rotors as the AP Racing J hooks look great but add some considerable cost that I wouldn’t mind deferring if the OEMs hold up!

I have Ferodo DS 1.11’s new in box
i am in Bufffalo also (Clarence) let me know if interested
P.S. Mosport is only 2.5 hrs away and way better than TMP
6th gear and trillium BMW are good groups to run with
did you look on Clubregistration.net for events at the Glen—usually PCA events from all over have DE’s every week throughout the summer...Niagara PCA has two events later this summer —one in August one in September
Pitt Race is 3 hours away and a fun track that is built for the GT4....just sold my red GT4 to a track Buddy last October when I picked up my RS

OEM brake fluid is not race spec. The OEM pads (Pagid) are OK but there are better out there (including RS29 Pagids). Change fluid (properly with vacuum replacement) and there will be no fade.
