Nice-but I am pretty sure that number is flywheel horsepower NOT wheel horsepower. Big difference...

Hmmmm...good question. 488 Hp at the wheels would be a monster of a car. Anyway, I'll take those 488 at the crank.

At the end it say 488hp at the wheels.

Those are RWHP numbers!!! Deman supports a lot of race cars and that's their in-house dyno which they use to test and measure just about everything they put in the race cars.

My car has been on that very dyno many many times. A few data points:

Stock - 358 rwhp on a cold AF day in January 2017
After Headers (no tune) - 372 rwhp a couple weeks later
After 4L X51 - 429 rwhp Summer 2017
After Exhaust Swap - 415 hp just a few weeks ago (gained mid range torque lost top end hp with aftermarket GT4 exhaust)

488 rwhp is a legit MONSTER

It is 100% RWHP.
We don’t speculate on crank HP and put that out there. This is the actual to the wheels delivered HP.

I believe the loss percentage numbers from Dyno to Dyno and from tuner to tuner are in the 10-15% range, so I always use 12% in my calculations for an Engine HP number.

This was built on a GT4 Clubsport, so it was using 98 Sunoco race fuel

True, but it also says it's out of a six-and-a-half liter V12 at 11,000rpm!
