I love my Dundon headers and I'm interested in the power gains with this mod. Maybe it'll be an excuse to remove the GT3 throttle body and IPD plenum

Sign. Me. Up. Incredible early results...
Additional 20WHP gains over and above the 40WHP gains from the race headers for a total of 60WHP at 7800RPM.

It's been more annoying than anything throwing CEL's which are related to the IPD Plenum and throttle body. The recent Dundon tune that I uploaded is working well for me though

A bit of data for you boys.

Keep in mind this isn't an optimized tune yet... First one should get your attention...

First Graph is Intake Runners - Dundon Headers and Tune (D3) compared to Stock GT4

Stock GT4 vs Dundon Headers/Intake Runners/Tune

This Graph is showing the gains of the Intake Runners - Race Headers - Tune (D3) compared to Race Headers and Tune alone (D2).

37whp gains at 66xx rpm for D3 (Intake, Headers Tune), compared to D2 (Headers, Tune)

This Graph is showing the gains of the Intake Runners - Race Headers - Tune (D3) compared to Race Headers and Tune alone (D2). Peak of D3 compared to Peak of D2

20whp gains at peak D3 vs D2

This Graph is showing the gains of the Intake Runners - Race Headers - Tune (D3) compared to Race Headers and Tune alone (D2). 60+ whp gains at 78xx over D2

60+ whp over tuned/headers combo

Jamie - congrats on the new product. Is it fair to say that if you already have the headers and tune that we’re really only looking at material gains north of 6k RPM? On the last chart, what’s the delta between the two final peaks (runners vs headers/tune)? Looks like the current measurement is being taken between Runner peak and that final dip on the baseline.

This is a preliminary tune, Yes you’re looking at gains where the GT4 suffers most, higher rpm pull. We moved the torque peak and didn’t sacrifice low end torque to get it done. Each line on the graph is 20whp. Last peak to last peak is also about 18-20whp. I’d have to be in front of the dyno to get the exact number. That said the power carries higher in the rpm band so there is more usable power with each shift. And the dip is minimized. The dip with the intake runners is where the old peak was..

Customer's Accessport wasn't with the car, so we'll be working on some tune updates once we have it on Monday.

I know these charts are preliminary, but can you help explain what I'm seeing? The first chart I can see large chunks of gains across various RPMs, but in the following charts, the lines look mostly the same except the high RPMs.

Why did the gains around 3500-4k from the first chart seem to disappear in the following charts? Is it because the first is stock vs header/tune/runner, while the following charts are header/tune vs header/tune/runner?
