Default WTB - GT4

Figured I post this here in case anyone is considering selling, but hasn’t listed their GT4.

https://rennlist.com/forums/vehicle-...ayman-gt4.html

I am looking to buy a Cayman GT4 equipped as follows:

Color - White, Carrara White, dark blue, agate grey or GT silver
Options - Leather interior, LWBs, bi-xenon, two-zone climate, PCM, and sport chrono (PCCB would be a plus as well)
Mileage - under 5K but prefer under 3K ideally
Location - the closer to AZ the better
Price - "fair market price"

Please let me know if you have one that meets the above criteria. I've already looked at the FS ads here, Autotrader, Cars.com and Porsche pre-owned site.

You should buy my old one from Park Place LTD in Seattle. Never tracked. Kept in insanely clean shape

I did read his post. I didn't click his link, why not just post all your criteria here? make it easy for a seller or someone who wants to help.

Although no LWB's, there is a very nice showroom condition fair market price GT Silver out there:

I hate to pull out the Econ 101 but I would suggest that if you want such a car and there are no others available that meet your requirements at what you deem "market", perhaps this is market. At least at this point in time.

err...what? there are dozens and dozens of these available for sale on any of the usual sites. like it or not, market price is already well below sticker and falling.

If there are dozens and dozens of them, then why bother posting a WTB ad?

its not raining low mileage GT4s in his spec. If he wants to buy exactly the car he is looking for, he will pay up for it. Otherwise he will likely have to sacrifice something is my guess.

Okay, so buy one. Why are you asking people who don't have one for sale if they might perchance sell you one? Sounds like all the cars for sale that meet your criteria must be "over market." Which means you are off in your assessment of market.

Or maybe you're not. Buy the car that's for sale at "market" and meets your spec and you'll demonstrate that you're right in your market assessment.

By the way, I don't know what most gt4s are selling for, nor even what the one you're looking at is asking. I'm not commenting on actual prices of gt4s, only on the seeming economic fallacy of your claims.

I hope you you find what you're looking for at a price that's good for you.

E92 M isn’t the OP so maybe not looking. But there are always lots of market experts...
