So I got back a few hours early from my trip for the weekend and had enough time to put in the battery for my motorcycle and get it back on the road. I haven't ridden it in over a year (newborn child) and the battery was completely flat a 1 volt (it was dead the last time I rode it also). Decided to try the Antigravity for the bike as well as it has the re-start feature. Considering that I will not be riding every day but only a few times a month-I want to see how it will hold up. Saving some weight on the battery was not the main goal-although it doesn't hurt! FYI I used a luggage scale to weigh the batteries-seems pretty accurate!

Antigravity battery for my gsxr-2.25 lbs!!!

Yuasa battery that it replaced- 7.78 lbs-5.5 lbs difference!

Pic of the bike for good measure

Cleaned up and back on the road!

Now we move onto the GT4 battery-the tray weighs in at 19 ounces

The brackets and hardware weigh in at 6.3 ounces

Tray mounted to the battery using the included 6 screws-the two on the side are for the bracket.

Battery, tray and bracket with all hardware comes in at 13.21 pounds! That makes the battery around 11.6 pounds on its own. I will weigh the factory battery and factory bracket when I take it out to show the true weight savings.

Turned on the battery to check the voltage-reads 13.09 volts and shows 2 lights on the battery meter for the battery.

Really like the write up going on... that little luggage wiegher is fairly accurate... who would have thought.

Sorry I never posted much on this thread since I wasn't getting notified of posts on it and was going to the main thread.

I did a video on the installation for those who might have missed it.... not good quality but I just wanted to get a down and dirty install video documenting of how to install the battery... though it in a 991.1... its generally the same for model that use the H6 / Group 48 Battery.
