Here’s a little real-world pricing history for a White GT4 which has been on the market for 131 days.
It has 18-ways and a $98,935 MSRP.
Sorry, I lost some resolution when converting the build sheet from a .pdf to a .jpeg image.

The car does not have paint protection, just $1,700 in accessories and window tint.
It was never tracked. You can make your own conclusions as to what you think it may be worth and why it hasn't sold.

05/11/16 Original Purchase Date with $98,935 MSRP – Porsche Tucson.
12/02/17 Traded-In to Porsche Tucson for $91,000 with 6,063 miles.
12/04/17 List Price set at $103,824 (I forget if it was CPO – I think so at least initially).
03/05/18 List Price was at $96,602 about 90 days in when the car was sold to Porsche South Bay. Not sure if it was a direct sale or at auction.
03/09/18 For Sale at Porsche South Bay (Hawthorne, CA) for $106,998 (CPO), with 6,148 miles.
04/03/18 Price reduced to $105,996.
04/08/18 Price reduced to $105,395.

exactly... dealers are too used to these cars printing money. I do believe these cars will turn down at least a little if the new car really is a 4.0 NA.... However Porsche seems to do this neat little trick where the next model comes out with a big enough price increase that the old cars stay about where they were. If it ends up taking 135k or more to get a new 718 GT4 then the current car is still going to look like a deal in the low 90s. If Porsche contains the price on the 718 version, then I think the delta will open up.

Thing that drives me crazy about dealerships lately is they expect 5 figure margins on their used cars... Maybe I'm just not used to Porsches and exotics

If your done with it and tired of it best to move on. Right now realistically here on the west coast it will sell for MSRP or a little higher with CPO at a dealer, MSRP to 10% under private party (most ppl finance these and its easier to do at dealer which ironically adds another revenue point to the selling dealer which is why I have seen some sell a little lower only once the dealer knew they would write the loan) If rare PTS or uber low miles more. Some on here waiting to buy one are like that person we all know who is waiting for their parents to die and leave them their inheritance so they can finally start to live....you can get hit by a bus tomorrow...better to live your life today. I bought mine 1.5 yrs ago for 5k over..GASP...big deal Ive put 4k miles of smiles on it including a spirited drive up Ortega highway Friday morning and then to the Long Beach grand prix yesterday, think I'll take the wife for a nice lunch today somewhere down PCH.

Bingo.
Couldnt agree with you more.

Paid $1,000 under MSRP. Cash. Couldnt care less if a new GT4 comes NA or turbo.
This car tugs on every visceral connection I have.

Like the man said above . . .
At some point you have to stop living for the "future" and enjoy living in the present.
Ask me how I know.

You’ve expressed opinions re the the market and its good to know that you know more about the market than a Porsche dealer. And, MSRP for a .2 GT3 (winged or no wing) is a very desirable purchase price as dealers have about zero difficulty selling GT3s right now.

991.2 GT3 ?
I wonder why they can't sell them ? Asking too much, wrong options, how long have they been sitting for ? What location are they in ?

Just curious, thought they'd fly out the door.

Things may be changing.

On Jan 25 I visited Circle Porsche in Long Beach, CA and they had a new SBM GT3 on the showroom floor and I was told that all winged GT3s were priced with $20k ADM, Tourings at $30k (one was inbound). I bookmarked and watched it go unsold for months. Last week this winged GT3 finally was listed as SOLD.

Today I see it has returned as a "new" car, deal must have fallen through:

Not sure as to the asking price, I was offered my pic of three.. One being Miami Blue... They were in Luxembourg. MSRP here is pretty crazy compared to USD pricing.

Imagine opening Porsche.com and seeing "Prices starting at $190,000.00" for a GT3

That's what we see... even in Germany. It's no secret that German cars are much cheaper in the USA.
