Hello Ray,
I like your vehicle history! Those are some heavy hitter imports you had, especially the "sleeper" LS400. A buddy of mine had one of those growing up and it was quite hilarious the beating he would throw down haha. I love your GT4 by the way, Guards Red and Sapphire Blue are my soft spot and excellent you have the PPF already applied to the paint.
In regards to the PCCB replacement costs, we've got you covered there. We are the North American exclusive dealer for Surface Transforms carbon ceramic rotors. They are about half the cost of the PCCB rotors, perform better, last longer, damage resistant, and are refurbishable multiple times. Most of our guys running PCCB cars just pull them off and run the ST rotors to keep the wear off the PCCBs and avoid huge replacement costs when they wear out or are damaged.
In regards to the IPD Plenum/TB setup, it does not offer quite the ROI as the headers and tune but it is still worth doing. You will realistically see up to about 10whp at certain points of the powercurve when combined with headers and a tune. I would recommend hitting the headers/intake/tune at the same time, as you'll pick up a solid 40whp. Those upgrades are what we include with the "Powerkit" we install on all the GT4's that we service throughout the season and have tested the results thoroughly on Sebring over the past couple years. It is a Remarkable transformation to the entire powercurve.

Secondly, we can chat a bit about the intricacies of the GT4, your goals, and what can be done to meet them. We typically service and upgrade about 30 GT4's throughout the season down here in FL and support/test them all at Sebring. We also run all the Suncoast PCA events at Sebring as well. GT cars are our specialty, and I'd love to dedicate some time towards making sure you make an educated game plan.

Ray, if you are only planning to track a couple of days per year, chances are good that your PCCB rotors will last more or less the life of the car. Use the car as you wish this year and then during the winter, take off the rotors and have your dealer measure them using the Porsche (Proceq) tool. People worry way too much about these Gen3 rotors. Their lifespan is a lot better than the Gen 1/Gen 2.

I have race headers. They're great for the track when the PSE valve is open but too loud for the street. I have the PSE remote control unit from Carnewal (http://carnewal.com/products/981/p09...ust-via-Remote) and I usually leave it closed on the street. If I'm not going to the track for a while, I use a hose clamp to set the max open position to about 1/3 and the sound on the street is perfect.
I got an FVD/Brombacher tune to go with the race headers.
I also have the IPD plenum/GT3 throttle body. Added a bit better gritty tone during hard acceleration.
