Default PPI

Looking at a GT4 tomorrow.

5k mi, two owners, no track time. Not a stripper but only a few options. Carbon Fiber buckets, fire ext, CPO car. 105k asking. No mods otherthan Xpel. New PS4.

Anything unique to look for?

What was MSRP? Even if 5k mileage, I would not pay over MSRP unless it was pts with colors I liked.

Pull and check the DME range report.

What was the in-service date? The 2yr service may be close.

go for a drive, listen for rear strut squeak, and focus on shifter feel from 2-3 and 4-3.

Best of luck.

Is the car a private party or from a dealer?

Yeah.

I looked at car yesterday. At shop this morning for PPI.

Mismatched tires. PS4 front (new) rears original Dunlop.

98k agreed to pending PPI "needs nothing report" but rear tires.

it's possible he had a flat and just decided to replace the fronts.

make sure who ever is doing the PPI pulls the DME range report.

with the money you are paying I'd walk with range 3 overrevs and higher.

Not very smart idea to replace front or back with different tires. That would tell me something else

a bit better than just replacing one.

probably more a reflection of the prior owner. could not be a "car guy", other than having a cool looking garage/C&C queen. (given the mileage)
