The side view is where you can really see the lightening job on the spokes....

Those do look nice!
If I did the math right, looks like they save about 7 lb per wheel, or about 31% savings on front and 27% on rear (just the wheel). If you add the tire weight the % reduction would be quite a bit less (maybe half) - I think the tires are 25-30 lb each.

I switched my GT4 from OEM wheels with Michelin PSC2 to BBS FI-R with Michelin PS4S and did not lose any perceptible steering feedback or response. I attribute this to the reduction of unsprung weight.
The ride is also more controlled with this setup. The change is perceptible, but it is a smaller difference than changing from steel to ceramic brakes.
The GT4 equipped with both BBS FI-R wheels and PCCBs is a lot of fun to drive on the street!

Assuming this is GT Silver, I can't thank you enough for posting this and putting me at ease.
I have a set of the exact same wheels and finish that will be going on my 981 Spyder finished in GT Silver. My stock wheels are also black and I was hesitant to buy the BBS in Silver due to possible lack of contrast.
I have yet to mount them since Winter came right about the same time I received my wheels.
Now... I can't wait to get them on.
Looks stunning!
I may just be the first and only with these BBS FIR's in GT4 fitment to be fitted on a 981 Spyder.....

Supreme power parts because they were the first ones to get them in from BBS. There are probably more options now but working with them was great so I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
