Questions on two GT4s I'm looking at - AC & Radio Delete

Is radio delete a must have for you? Have you checked the db for how many of those were built?
Spec is more important to me than absolute price - but I prefer a low spec car which then results in a lower price...
What I do know is that the GT4 remains a very desirable and obtainable ($$ wise) car which should support its value/pricing.
Have fun shopping.

Hello Everyone -
2. Blue GT4 with 1,165 miles. MSRP was 100K asking $89K no CPO
* Has PCCBs, with are nice but not needed for track use - too expensive
* Radio delete, which is something I want
* AC delete
* No buckets
The question I have is on the AC delete. The car still has some ventilation controls. Does this mean it will blow out some sort of cold and hot air? Any insight from someone who ordered a car with AC delete? Lastly, how much of a discount would apply to a car with no AC? At $89K, its about 11K below MSRP, which is hard to find in today's GT4 market.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Less noticeable but no less important (in my book) is in addition to radio and A/C delete, this car has the smaller fuel tank as well. Very strange build: PCCBs, two-way seats, radio and A/C delete, and no extended fuel tank (which was a zero-cost option).
