I'd imagine the GT4 and Spyder will have their own wheel and they just happened to be testing thoae wheels on the prototypes? Can't imagine a GT car would share the same wheels as an suv?

That doesn’t look like a GT4 wheel to me anyway. Similar but not exactly the same. Not exactly a good looking wheel.

This is the latest wheel design on the 718 Spyder/GT4s...
Here is a pic from the horrible accident this week. Exact same design as the Cayenne Coupe “GT Wheel”

Ha... I was so focused on the wheels, never even noticed that.

Ugly wheel. The spokes seem to protrude slightly outside of the wheel lip. Looks like a five clawed crab.

I like the current GT4 wheel better, but this might be lighter with those thinned out spokes

Autogefuel says the Cayenne Coupe wheel is 22", so I assume that would rule out using the exact same wheel on the GT4 / Spyder. Perhaps just a similar design?

How is it a Cayenne Coupe when it has 4 doors? Do words have any meaning anymore?

Not in car land any longer. But then again who would have believed they'd be building things that aren't as useful as an SUV or drive as well as a sedan? This thing is just as stupid as the BMW X6 abortion.

"hey guys I got it! Let's take an SUV and make it less useful by chopping off a few cubic feet of cargo space and get people to pay extra for it!"

I think we are getting way off topic again, but I agree with the last few posts about the useless nature of these cars. In fact, I am in the market for a midsize luxury SUV, and the chopped rear is my biggest issue. We are on the tail end of our second MDX ownership but wanted to scale it down a bit in size. The kids are getting older and the wife is ready for something sportier, so I wanted to go back to an Audi Allroad, or a slightly smaller SUV, but they all have the rear chopped or angled so much that there is no room for even one of our two dogs. It is idiotic. So instead of be able to go with a smaller car, I need to move up to a bigger SUV to make it work. It's idiotic.
