What are you hearing for deliveries? End of 2019? Early 2020?
No idea for USA deliveries. I understand Sept/Oct for first deliveries in UK. I have seen forecast on German forums of Week 30 (end July) for first shipments but that was a few months ago and maybe RHD UK cars sit a few weeks behind LHD.
Last time in the UK deposits were taken early February 2015, public launch early March, first viewing for depositors in June at Silverstone PEC, then trickle of deliveries a couple of months later. I assume similar process steps this time but not necessarily same timing. Last time there were supply chain issues on various components including seats; perhaps this time they will be better prepared for the volume demand. I recently saw a post about moving all/more Cayman production to Osnabrück so that may indicate they are indeed better prepared.
I expect this time we will get some, but not definitive delivery info when cash deposits become payable late May/early June, launch Goodwood July 4, then viewings for depositors followed by confirming order and lock spec. We'll then go through the normal individual vehicle scheduled build dates, whoops it's rescheduled back 3 weeks, repeat and rinse until car actually leaves factory.

Anybody notice that "718 GT4" is a search option on the Porsche used car locator? How long has that been there? Could it mean an announcement is imminent?
