believe me I would love a 4.0 GT4. I'm first after 918 owners at my dealer.

But, if the car turns out to be a turbo...I'll try not to be shell shocked.

At this time do we have any confirmed information about the next GT4 or GT4RS built on the 718 platform?

As far as I know we have seen some lovely photos of mules that may or may not be the 718 GT4, along with the head of the GT program indicating a desire to give customers of future GT cars the choice of a transmission type, as in the GT3. There have been rumors and speculation on the GT4, but have I missed any confirmed information?

If you want confirmed information, you can only get it from porsche.com. Everything here is speculation. My speculation is that we won't get anything concrete until the Geneva motor show.

Recall that in summer 2014, magazines were reporting the 981 GT4 would have a twin turbo engine producing about 450hp:
https://www.digitaltrends.com/cars/n...50-horsepower/

Not sure anyone actually believed that at the time, but obviously very WRONG reporting.

I remember that report and was thinking this car, if built, would be quicker than the 991 Gt3.

Super blurry picture I saw on Instagram 5 days ago. Not sure if it's been posted anywhere on RL yet.

TY

At least they changed out the bumper to include the top vent this time. But still needs the stone guard grills to protect the radiators.
