Sorry if this is a repost, but this is pretty cool. Top 10 from the last 24 years.

911R, 997 RS 4.0, GT2 (RS) ect ect.

Also good to see my next purchase is on the list as well, speciale!

B7 RS4 - still one of my favorite cars I've owned (wish we had the Avant in the states though)

I was just reading the 300th anniversary issue that includes these "Top 10 Game Changers". It is fantastic that the GT4 is still receiving such high praise in the press.

"We re all going to have to get a lot better at finding ways to evangelise about it, because GT4s will feature on every greatest Porsche, greatest sports car, and best of the decade/century test until kingdom come."

Wow, that is some serious praise! It just reaffirms why I plan to keep this car for a long time...

I am not at all surprised. The GT4 is one hell of a package. I am having serious regrets trading her. I know the .2 GT3 4.0 will remind why I did but I already know that this will go down as one of those trade regrets like my GR 997.2 Manual Turbo with the seat backs and center console also painted GR

Amen. I got crunched in the back a couple months ago (documented in a thread on here). $16k of damage (7k of that was a small crack in the trailing edge of the wing requiring full replacement.) Anyway, normally I'd have been pretty upset at the diminution of value I'd just experienced at the hands of another person. But in the case of the GT4, I knew I'd be keeping this one so long that the crunch will be a distant memory, and therefore saw the $6k insurance company check for Diminished Value as three sets of PSC2s and was actually pretty happy about it once I got my car back in perfect condition.
