Thanks for that Marty
I should have posted this version too :-) Would this do the trick ? regards Ed |
Installed my bolster covers today, instructions and service was great, took about 10 mins per side. I'm very happy!

another thumbs up for Eddie
The quality and finish is outstanding. Anyone with deviated stitching shouldn't hesitate. The red stitching on mine is an EXACT match with the factory. Great product.

Looks nice! PM me a quote for one just like that.
I'm using the Flex too. Seems to not rub, but can't have too much protection!

This is the version I have for my car. I use a Safety Solutions/Simpson restraint. Keeps the CF safe. Never thought about the Darth Vader look.:)

Mine are installed! Fitment is A+, can't tell they are there. Took maybe 10 minutes per side, and most of that time was being careful not to break the height switch bezel. Didn't even remove on the passenger side, just pushed the switch out a little and slipped the cover over. Boom!
Thanks Ed! |
Took me about 15 min so I guess I'm slow lol
Excellent fit! Thx Ed for doing this ! |
Just put mine on today. The cut out for the switch seems a bit large, but otherwise it fits OK.
Will certainly do the job! |
i installed this in back in aug. ed and i exchanged numerous emails helping me. He didnt get frustrated or yelled at me. He is a great guy =) Ok.. that sounded like a 5th grader talking to a teacher.

Got a chance to install my LWBS bolster covers this past weekend. Pretty simple to do and looks great. I've shown some of my car buddies and they didn't even realize there was a cover installed. Very satisfied with everything. Can't wait until Ed releases his leather steering column cover. I'm patiently waiting Ed!

I've also noticed it's less painful getting my big butt in and out with the added cushioning of the covers, lol.
|
Forgot to thank Ed and wanted to say it was a pretty simple install with his instructions. Anyone with lwb's should get these.
Thanks Ed |
Ed, Sent you an email.
Saw Matt_337's this past weekend at TWS and they look great! |
I should be getting mine in the upcoming week. In the meantime, does anyone have a technique they use to get in and out of the seats to minimize rubbing against the bolsters?
|
^^^
As in Post #24: I roll left leg over this rear portion, support with left hand on door sill, right hand on wheel, and PUSH up and out...... |
 I find if I add helium to my cereal it's much easier on the bolsters
|
Installed mine as well, the fit and finish is excellent. I highly recommend these covers! Thanks Ed!
