Here's my new (to me) GT4 crossing the finish line at NJMP. Had a 987.1 Cayman S before this and currently have a 1979 911SC as well.
Temporary registration tag still in the window and I was already tracking it

Pic taken after I did: pre-wash > two bucket wash > clay bar > fine polish > ultra fine polish > alcohol wipe > ceramic coat

Thanks five12 and Rob. Wasn't sure if I wanted PCCBs or not since I intend to track a lot but I fell in love with the yellow on blue. Can't see in the picture but the interior has yellow stitching as well to stick with the theme. I thought that'd be too much yellow but it's fairly subtle, well, as subtle as yellow can be. Carbon package helps too since that darkens the trim a bit to balance out the yellow.

Oddly enough, my Spyder has the ceramics and my GT4 doesn't. Would have thought that would be the other way around.

Wish my GT4 had the ceramics. I absolutely love them. Enjoy your beast in good health!

Rob

yellow on blue is a beautiful combo. Unfortunately wheel size with PCCBs are limited but if you’re intent on downsizing there is always the AP kit from Essex.

This is an enjoyable thread and I really appreciate the pix and commentary.
Curious to understand why some folks feel inclined to list their non-P cars in their footer?. I for one couldn't care less that you have an AMG, McLaren or Prancing Horse. All great hardware.- but this isn't a generic racing or tracking forum - it's all about the P cars, right?
Onward.

Maybe the same reason you chose to call yourself open wheel fan… we have other hobbies outside of just Porsches. I mean now we all know of someone who advertises that their hobbies include watching sweaty little men in small places.
