At last the two trackdays are over. It was a scary start as Always on nur, last time i drove fast cars here was ap 7 years or so but got up to speed Pretty Quick. Did a best of 7,35 btg in my gt4 on trackday on a accelerating btg start. Porsche track app is on par With racelogics vbox HD, timing is correct. Drove front aero lid open and ving Max up. As Well anti roll bar rear to Max oversterry and front as soft as it can set. Manthey/ Raeder did it. To bad i did not get to set up car and weigh in. So did drive factory camber/toe etc. Wich is not the best For fast times.
As Well did try out trofeo-r compound. Even its a more aggressive tire than cup 2 I did not get a difference in Times. 7.35 btg on trofeo-r and 7,36 btg on cup 2. Still it feels that trofeo is more aggressive tire and if things was different i guess i go faster on that. But you cant rule traffic on trackdays, so its hard to Say anything else that if a car block you on the wrong place you lose time.
Very nice. You figure around 20 seconds difference for a standing start bridge to gantry run vs a full lap, so around a 7:55 equivalent? Damn good time for not having been there in a while.
I'm surprised the Trofeo Rs didn't find you more time. You saw that Chris Harris tested them as around 1 second per minute quicker than the PSC2s on a 991 GT3. They are supposed to be very pressure sensitive, however, and traffic makes it a crap-shoot.

Thanks! To My experience the sport auto lap Christian Made (7.42,63) translate to ap. btg 7,22,63. My lap btg lap was 7,35,88. So 13 sec slower, still the sport auto car was ap 50kg lighter than My car. As Well they did set up the car the most they could. But most importen, he got free track, in My videos you Will see plenty of overtaking, in all My laps, hence losing time. Thats why i cant differ a slightly faster tire like trofeo-r vs cup. Its so long track With other cars to pass. If the track i totaly free of cars i might be able to do it. But as its so long not sure, due to one driver misstake and the benefit of a slightly faster tire is gone. Hence on a short track free of cars its For sure more easy to get to separate these tires.
Best part of this track day was at the end of the day I got MARCO SEEFRIED.

We did it so he could give me feedback and instruktions. That guy can drive cars. As I go thru scary fast swedenkrrutz I usually leave cars as i keep High vmin tru here. Marco was in My bumper going so much faster. Great fun and got loads of god feedback.

Thanks, it was really great! As Well I want to mention the Porsche track app Made it extra fun. This Porsche app in film i do 7,38 btg passing ap 12 cars. (See screen pic Beskow) Using vbox-Sport 20 Hz gps conected via bluetooth to My iPhone 6. It show exakt same time and speed as My racelogics vbox-HD. As Well, if you guys know the track you Will read out alot from different driver and how the use the car. It show oversterr/understeer, if you on or of gas pedal and how hard you press it:-). Wheelspin and the LOT. It hook upp tru the cars wifi and send all car data to the film, easy to understand when looking on film.
Note its nowdays a speedlimit (see pic) at long straight, we got transponders in car and if you go past 250km/h you Will not drive any more. As Well speedlimit 250km/h at swedenkrrutz. Hence fast drivers/cars lose time here
Sure you must have knowledge
of Nurburgring to make valid readout of how i use My gt4. . Please note, i stopp the film manualy to take screen shot, hence it stopps ap, 1 second before finish. App is exakt and if i let film go it cut lap just under gantry at 7.38,40:-)
Btg finish line, I Made 7.38 in this lap and overtook ap 13 cars on the way. A few relly did not let me pass. When i looking at My gps real speeds in this lap i might think this is My accually fastest lap. As i remember i did not Carry this High speeds on the fast section in My 7.35 lap. Will go thu the data when i get home.
See screenprint of same lap as above, anybody Well known to nur Will at this point understand that this Will be Pretty god lap as I am just at 4min going in to bergwerk. If you want under 7.30 btg, you must be way under 4min at this point of track
