If there is one, I bet it's PDK-S only and X51 +30hp...

While its definately way too early to speculate on an RS version, I imagine that if the GT4 sells as well as it looks like it's going to, there will be talk about the viability of an RS version for the 981.2 end of production run in 2019-2020

If so it could very well be my first brand new and my real "last" Porsche.

The GT4 is launching, so this is exactly when you would expect folks to start speculating about the possibility of a RS version. As I later saw, this isn't even the first RL thread asking about it.
Not a shot at PDK-S, which is a fast auto-shifter, but if this turns out to be true it will make me even happier to have added a GT4 to my garage.

That is why I have zero hesitation about buying this car. When Porsche offers a manual-only motorsport-developed GT car for under $85k, you just say "thank you" and take our your wallet

Since '72-73 the RS moniker has exclusively been used on the sportiest 911. I seriously doubt the Cayman model will be the first to break that pattern, but you never know maybe it will be the first at some point.
