Traded my ‘17 991.2 C4S for this beauty. Thought I would miss the torque but I really don’t. Being back in a naturally aspirated stick-shift car makes me excited to drive even more than before! Dealer reached out to me about a customer that decided not to take his car after waiting a few years to get it and offered it to me. Jumped on it immediately. I missed the C4S for all of 5 seconds. GT4 has the LWBs and I love them - drove for hours yesterday with no issues. Engine, clutch and shifter combo is glorious. Will get better pics up soon. Time to go do some additional run-in miles.
I wasn’t even looking trade cars. Dealer called and said a long time customer backed out of his order and the car was available. The spec is 98% the way I would have gotten it. It has the white sport Chrono clock face which I thought I would end up changing but I actually kind of like it. And I would have liked the “Porsche” emblem on the back in black instead of silver. Other than that, the car is perfect. About to go out another 150-200 miles of run-in miles it! Was out cycling on my road bike and got passed by a group of P-GT cars.
Congrats on picking up this beauty. This is the color I'd spec...I couldn't get Dark Blue Metallic for the second round of allocations for my 981 GT4. The LWBs are great for me. Enjoy it for many many miles! Although, there's what looks like debris already in your passenger intake screen. You really should get rid of the car...to me! Gentian Blue Metallic, LWBs, SC...so nice. Did you introduce yourself in the 718 GT4 sub-forum?
