Default purchasing a 2002 C4

I am buying a 2002 C4 from a Porsche Mechanic so I know its in good shape and has had IMS, & rear seal, replaced. What else should I ask about and what should I look at adding? (with in rea$on).

How many keys? Replacement keys are quite expensive, around $500 from the Porsche dealer, which is the only place you can get one coded. Condition of the tires? If they need to be replaced, you are looking at $1000+ for a set of ZR rated tires. What is the condition of the seats? A nice used set off eBay is well over $1000. What option codes are on the sticker under the hood? Will the brakes need to be changed soon? Another $1000+ for pads and rotors.
