I periodically forget that Porsche ever made tractors, and while they aren't the Porsche I'd most like to own, I still think they're a pretty cool piece of history. I know that there are still Lambo tractors, though they separated the businesses a long time ago. Has anyone seen one of these babies in person?

I Have seen several. And many years ago, my daughter got to "help drive" one at the old Porsche factory museum.

Yes indeed. There used to be a very nice example in KC. Pictures of it somewhere on my PC I'm sure.

Yes it was. We were on a two family trip, all Porsche fans. But when we got to Stuttgart, they told us the kids (all around 8 to 10 years old) could not attend the factory tour. My friend's wife volunteered to watch the kids while the rest of us did the tour.

It turned out to be a day when they swapped out some cars in the old, small museum. All the kids got to sit or ride in different race and street cars (and the tractor), while the friendly staff did the driving.

When the adults got back from the factory tour we were all jealous!
