Introduction and new to me 997TT Coupe Cobalt Blue / Sea Blue
2008 with under 12k miles. Ceramic brakes, sport chrono, thicker wheel and Limited Slip Rear Differential as the major options. Dealer and I came to agreement on the minor and major services before I picked her up. This is my first P-car. Closest thing I've owned was a 2006 Evo IX MR. Loved that thing but this is so much more.
I flew into Greensboro this morning and left with this thing. I grew up in Cary, NC. Happy to finally get a car I've only dreamed about since about age 10 or so. Who pays $1k for aluminum (look) brake handle? I like it but not sure I like it that much.
I love the car so far. Brutally fast under boost. Got some good highway time to get comfy with the controls. Then some twisties. Then ran the Dragon. Now near Chattanooga for the weekend. I have a family reunion to attend on Sunday. First time with a performance car here but I have ran big and small bikes on the Dragon more than a few times. It was easy to catch bikes and cars with this thing. Car is super clean inside and out. Even the floor mats looked almost new. I didn't take pics of the interior yet.
Safety first. Hurting feelings riding two up on a scooter with a trunk passing cars and some bikes. Lots of Hardley Davidsons.
First summer these came out.
Riding with friends.
1/8 liter two stroke single cylinder = lethal on the tight stuff.
I race bikes on Kart Tracks for fun these days. This is our smaller 'stock' class. 7 HP madness. I'm 72.
Working on 4 hours sleep and a big day. My neck is a little sore from the storng cornering forces I believe. I'll need to get use to that. Bikes don't really generate vey much lateral G's.
Thank you to the forum for helping me with decisions and information.

Thank you guys. I'm now trying to decide which way to go for Bluetooth integration. Cheap way with HF integration, or Denison / Mobridge. Or maybe just replace the whole unit with one of the Pioneer units I've seen mentioned on here. I need to have music and news playing. I can deal with plug in USB, it doesn't have to be wireless.
Racked up 1000 miles in 3 days. Car is fantastic!

Beautiful car and probably the best color combo Ive seen on a 997TT. Congrats. I can recommend the denison unit. I recently picked up an 06 cayenne turbo and added the denison myself. Works great.
