43yrs. We had ten years of student loan debt, business loans and mortgage payments. BMWs were exciting and much cheaper so that filled the car lust void until recently. Sometimes having to wait makes you more appreciative of your situation -not that a hand out wouldn't have been nice! Glad to have finally arrived.

Depends on how you look at it. Bought a new 911 in 88' at the age of 22, found out the insurance was insanely high (being an under 25 y/o single male in NJ will do that), dealer was nice enough to give me my money back. Bought my current one in 04'.
