My question is what happens if you’ve paid/purchased the car already but it hasn’t arrived in America?

In a couple weeks I will pay in full for my .2 GT3 + VAT, before my late September ED. Car won’t arrive in America until November.

I’m wondering if I purchase/pay for the car now, and trump does a tariff after I paid for it but before the GT3 arrives in November, could I still get stuck with a 25% tariff?

Based on the talks today I thought tariffs are be averted and at least delayed
