Senior Porsche Owners?
#61
Heading towards 71 next month. Driving my first Porsche a 2003 996 Cab which I bought 2 years ago.
Live at the beach so convertible was really the only way to go for me. Love dropping it into second and leaving the traffic behind. I am a courteous driver but love going fast when conditions permit. Here in the LA area that means staying off the freeways or paying for the fast lanes which are wide open.
My daughter gave me a gift certificate for Porsche Experience. Waiting for my brother-in-law to get here from Toronto area to do it together. He bought his after driving mine. He is a young one though in his 50s. Anybody done this yet?
Thanks for starting this thread.

I've also done the Barber PTX several times since then, though I wasn't close to being quick, driving there was 1st class.
Do it all while you can.
