Lightbulb Overrev Report on 981 - Can it be reset?

I had a PPI done on a 2016 Cayman 981 and the overrev report came back as zero across all ranges. The car has low mileage but I know its been tracked based on the tire wear. This seems a little odd to me.

1) Can the DME overrev count be reset?
2) Is there a value I can check on the DME report that would indicate tampering?

Thanks

Is the vehicle a PDK or stick? If I recall correctly, and someone please correct me if I am wrong, but with PDK, it has a feature that doesn't allow the car to overrev, so there would be no DME overrev hits.
