Very impressive example.
I think buyers would want to see close-ups of the engine bay, front trunk and with the cabrio closed.
I looked at a similar car (grey interior) new and unsold (in '97, I think) and the dealer wanted some amount of money over the msrp. I think it was $5K over -- whatever the number, it was already a sky high price out of my reach, but it certainly had me hook, line and sinker.

Out of curiosity, if you drive a car like this with the third brake light taken off, can you be cited and forced to re-install? I thought it was a requirement to have one unless you're driving a really old car.

A) the cop is well above average cop IQ
B) there's a revenue quota to meet
C) you're already stopped for at least one other infraction
D) you're stopped for a warning and you attempt to say anything, rational or otherwise to debate the situation.
In Australia, you'll get a ticket for any vehicle code issues if you draw attention to yourself (eg. dark window tint) or you behave in a way that draws attention (just a little bit quicker than everyone else or making frequent or erratic lane changes.)
All that said, I was stopped in California in a 964 coupe, from which I had removed the "eye level brake light" because it was literally eye level (mounted inside the rear window) and blocked 50% of the rearward view and made the car unsafe for taller drivers. The cop, to my amazement, agreed with me that it was absurd to block the rear view mirror with the brake light and let it go.
sidenote: I think the 964 RS America is still my favorite street 911, but the 993 C4S is almost equal, especially if it has just the simple "Motor Sound" option. I drive a 997 Cabrio and really enjoy it. Strangely, it makes me want to try a 993 Cabrio all the more. The engine sound getting to the ears with no roof must be just about perfect.

Technically it should be on there. I have the original deck lid and brake light bar with the original tail etc. just in case. It has never been an issue as of yet.

The PPI passed and I was told by the shop the car was absolutely beautiful and in amazing condition. They did find a dent in the rear passenger wheel that will require a $90 repair ( I caught the edge of my 4 post lift backing off ). The tire also had a nick but is not a safety issue. I will e-mail those that were interetsed as the buyer is unwilling to pay my firm price.

Larpy,
Your car is IMMACULATE with all the correct updates...didn't even notice the wheel issue several weeks ago, forgot my magnifying glass I guess.
Maybe you could sell me mmmmm, the Turbo front, S rear split grill, Turbo twists, Fister Stage IIs and the short shift kit and it would still be a heck of a buy.
GLWS anyway----WANT!!
