S2 cylinder head
Moving shortly...would like to get this off to someone who can make use of it.
Head suffered the classic break in the cam chain tensioner pad. I sourced another head to get the car up and running, then packed this into storage. I never disassembled the head, all original lifters are included (though it might be appropriate to replace them), as are the cams (but see below)
While the failure broke a number of teeth off one of the cams (don't recall which now) there was NO DAMAGE to the head casting. However, intake valves on at least one cylinder are bent.
Car had 122k miles on it at the failure. My original thoughts were to rebuild this head for future use/sale, but plans change...
$500/obo plus shipping
