Since buying the car, I have done all the recommended maintenance. 3K mile oil changes, tranny fluid 2X, belts, fuel filter, coil packs, plugs and MAFs. This car is dry as a bone underneath and do not leak or burn any oil.
Car came with the following options and mods:
Litronic headlights
6speed manual
3 spoke steering wheel
Grey interior with manual sport seats - in excellent shape. No cracks.
Custom JL audio subs and amp using Porsche head unit (very tasteful)
Fabspeed Sport Exhaust
B&M shift kit
1st gen EVO intake
Techequipment tips (I think they are called..)
I have added the following since my purchase at 75K miles:
PSS9s
GT3 sways and adjustable drop links
Fabspeed headers
Farnbacher Loles custom ECU Flash
3 sets total of sport design rims..
Cigarette lighter adapter to US size
Manual Radiator Fan switch mod
Rennline trak mats
GT3 brake ducts
15mm front and 7mm rear FVD spacers.
Replaced 3 spoke gray steering wheel.
RS motor mounts
2nd gear detent from G box
X51 oil pan
99K mile engine out overhaul Fall of 2011. Thread here:

GLWS. That's a well documented car and been on Rennlist for ever. Slight OT, sad for us how little you guys pay taxes on product and services. On a 6k invoice, I would of had to pay over 900 in taxes.

^ Thank you for your comments Mike. I had some buyers trying to low ball me with this price too. It was difficult to think of a nice response. I had one buyer offer $1K higher to bump a buyer out of a PPI. Guess it is a good deal and since my turbo is a good deal too so I am passing the good karma around.

Chao, congratulations on the sale of your 996. It is a beautiful car. I'm sure you will love the turbo. I bet it will hold it's value a little better than the 996. Do you have any pictures?

Congrats on the sale and doing the right thing. I guarantee your karma will prevail with the 993TT. Jeff is a great buy and my buying experience with him was wonderful. This is a great place with great people.

Considered this one too, but I just don't fit the cockpit in the 996, but for that car and its condition it could have worked as a DD.
Your right about doing the right thing. I priced and sold my car at a very fair price, and was patient with the buyer. I hope Karma will prevail for me as well.
Although by the looks of the market right now, I really priced mine low..

I had the same thing happen to me on the turbo and Jeff honored my deal. I guess credit goes to Jeff on starting this trend.
