I am looking for a coupe for track day use so I need to move this Boxster. I just don't want to track this convertible on a regular basis. (Wife doesn't wants the kids tracking a convertible although she lets me...)It lacks the legroom for me get my legs straight enough to effectively heel and toe. Car is dark blue with tan leather. Has the computer display in dash. Most options except for Nav.

Here it the description of the car when I bought it is June:

The convertible top was replaced a couple of years ago with a german canvass, glass window top which is still in excellent condition.

The interior is tan leather. It comes with the upgraded premium sound system from Porsche. The seats are power and memory.

A new clutch kit (pressure plate, disc, throwout bearing) was installed approximately 14,000 miles ago with an OEM Sach's clutch kit. When the rebuilt motor was installed, the clutch was looked at and is still in near new condition.

The rear track rod arms were replaced as well due to excessive wear on the bushings.

REBUILT MOTOR (all parts are NEW OEM PORSCHE):

- Piston Rings
- Connecting Rod Bearings
- Crankshaft Bearings
- Timing Chains
- Timing Guide Rails
- Cylinder heads cleaned, pressure tested, valves machined
- All new OEM Porsche gaskets
- Intermediate Shaft Bearing Upgrade from LN Engineering
- Air/Oil Seperator
- Oil cooler

The previous motor was removed due to a crack on one of the cylinder heads. We have put about 200 miles on the rebuilt motor and it runs perfect and smooth.

What is wrong:

- The front bumper (passenger side) has a minor crack in the paint.
- The front bumper has clear protective film that is full pit marks from road debris.
- The seats are worn from use over time, but are not destroyed.
- The driver seat has some cracks and wear.
- The center console has scratches from wear and use.
- The shifter has wear around the top from use.
- The emergency brake has some scratches on the tan section from use.
- The door panel pockets have scratches from wear and use.

All work done by TuneRS in Coral Springs, FL where I purchased the car.

Since then I have done the following:

Pedro did a ROW tune on the DME.
I have repaired the wheels.
Fixed the center console scratches.
Installed a 997 shift cassette
Installed a GT3 console delete kit (have factory console)
Has Porsche Bra and mirror covers
Comes with a set of stock brake pads.
Melted brake sensors replaced, pads are all fine.

I have put 10K highway miles on the car and changed oil twice.

Pedro can vouch for the motor rebuild and how strong it runs! He was my instructor for a DE at Homestead and drove the car himself. The car ran great with no issues other than a melted brake wear sensors.

Needs only the driver's seat cushion repaired.
