I never scaled them but research a bit on google and looks like
RR: 22lbs
FR: 19lbs

18 x 9.5 x 45mm
18 x 11.5 x 56mm

From my Ad in the Racing Forum:
These are agressive widths for a NB 996 so proper camber will be key to be sure they "tuck" under the fenders.

The fenders are slightly rolled and we ran -3.5 FR and -3.0 RR on 245/40 (or 245/35) and 315/30 Hoosier DOTs or 250/650/18 and 280/680/18 Yokohama slicks.

They fit over 996 GT3 brakes front and rear.

Blockhead, car is great unfortunately doesn't get used enough so I just sold her to a friend.

In the market for a GT3 that I can multi purpose. Will miss the Synergy car it's a great car and only issue I ever had was snapping the the lower shaft of the BM shifter going in to turn 1 at Thunderbolt.

both sets are now in Long Island.
18" tires generally are less expensive and more readily available in the desired sizes in most markets
