PCA FSR HPDE at Dominion Raceway April 1-2
HPDE Instructors and drivers, we still have plenty of spots open for our PCA First Settlers Region HPDE at Dominion Raceway on April 1-2 (Sat Sun).
We will have five run groups, (Green instructed, Blue instructed, White solo, Black advanced, and Red Instructor groups.
Dominion Raceway is an exciting new track located at exit 118 of I-95 in Virginia, just south of Fredericksburg. Dominion has a 2 mile 12+ turn track with 75 feet of elevation. The North section is very technical yet flows well, the west section has fast uphill esses that feed into the descending southern section, under the bridge and back onto the 2700 main straight. The building and facilities are awesome and the 118 Bar and Grill has music, good food, and a variety of brews every night during the weekends. There is also karting on weekend evenings when the oval track is not hosting stock car practice or racing.
This track has been in use since the Summer of 2016 and has hosted numerous NASA races and HPDEs, as well as TrackDaze, Audi club, SCCA, and the Dominion Driver's Club. Some of our region's own instructors have many laps instructing and driving on this track already and every one that has driven on it says its a very thrilling design unlike any other track in the area. I just did a track walk last Saturday (March 4) and can report there have been many improvements in the last few weeks with additional curbing, grading in the run-off areas, addition of more banded tire bundles, etc.

Instructors needed
HPDE Instructors and drivers, we have openings for Instructors as well as for drivers in our Intermediate Solo and Advanced run groups. Registration ends this weekend.
