Anyone ordered a car for pickup at the LA Porsche Experience Center? I'm wondering if it is similar to the Atlanta delivery experience?

Apparently the LA Porsche Delivery Experience is not accepting deliveries of new Porsches. I was told they don't have any idea about when that may happen; could be as long as a year from now. Very disappointing as I was led to believe by Bay Area dealerships that would most likely be an option by this summer.

Does anybody have any further information regarding the LA Delivery Center and if so when they will be accepting new car deliveries?

LA deliveries *should* start in 2018. Once they start taking orders you should see the option become available in the configurator. Until you see it in the configurator, it is safe to say they aren't booking them yet.

Well the good news is I have a 2018 Panamera e-Hybrid on order with entry into the Build Shop on June 16th, a little over two weeks from now. The bad news is the "configurator" is still not showing the LA Delivery as an option. So when you say "2018" I'm guessing you mean next year??

Correct, the program in LA will not start in the 2017 calendar year. Expected 2018. More than likely dealers will get a heads up when ordering can begin...is my guess.
