What does it mean to register as an "Exotic" car owner? What am I 'entering my vehicle' for? A nicer parking spot?

Anyway, I didn't know Porsche was an exotic...........

That's correct we are reserving our back lot for Porsche's, Exotics, or any other high end sports cars. Perhaps a better term could have been used, but I have no idea how to change that at this point haha
